Programs offered under Moore Options for Seniors include:

Adult Personal Care Services
For seniors and people with long-standing needs or illness, this program provides individually tailored adult services to meet the needs of the client.  It includes non-medical supports, transportation and housekeeping.

Adult Foster Care
A combination of personal care, homemaking and other services, Adult Family Care provides assistance to seniors who live with a “host family” that is recruited, trained and supervised by Moore Center Services.

Personal elderly services include medication monitoring, arranging appointments and transportation as well as transitional services between an institution and home.  Seniors in the program often become part of the family and are treated as such.

Kinship Care
This program reimburses some family members for providing care to a Medicaid-eligible relative that lives with them.

Moore Options for Seniors employs professionals that are highly trained and licensed, whose in-depth knowledge and ethical judgment make a measurable difference in the lives of their clients.

The quality of service provided is exceptional and offered with a personal, caring touch.  The health, safety and satisfaction of our clients are paramount.
